The EX63 produces high density bales of corrugated, paper, aluminum cans, tin cans, newspaper, PET, HDPE, textiles, and other recyclables. Full bale eject after each bale eliminates cross-contamination when switching material grades.  Reduces labor costs over 75% compared to vertical balers.

EX63F Automated Closed End Baling Press is designed to bale a wide range of foam materials. The extra-large feed opening, and extra heavy-duty bale retainer dogs minimize material expansion into the infeed area. The large feed opening is also ideal for oversized corrugated. Excel Baler utilizes only the highest quality components available for optimal performance. Additional baling material include foam, OCC, plastics, cans, carpet padding and more.

The EX66 and EX77 models are extra heavy duty balers designed to process some of the most demanding materials.  These models include a super duty vertical lift bale door, extra reinforcement on the baler frame, and Hardox shear blades.  In addition to all the products baled in the EX62/63 models, the EX66 and EX77 are ideal for heavy post-industrial plastics, slab waste paper, light non-ferrous scrap metal, and other materials.
